We are Australian made and family owned and operated since 1982. Manufacturing in Australia is becoming increasingly rare, but we are determined to keep this tradition alive. We have over three decades of experience and never settle for anything less than authentic.
All our products are fully cooked before they are packaged. This is an overlooked fact and ensures our products retain their integrity, taste and texture for a much longer period of time. You'll find that most other dumplings on the market are raw.
Our products are made from scratch in Australia.
Dim Sim is an Aussie-Chinese invention that resembles a Siu Mai in shape and typically contains Pork and Cabbage. Dim Sum is a umbrella term for the small parcels and dishes that you usually eat at Yum Cha. Read more.
All our meat, flour and vegetables are selectively sourced from Australian suppliers. With the new labelling laws that were introduced in July 2018, we proudly display the % of Australian ingredients for each of our products. We are very particular about the quality and freshness of our ingredients. Our cabbages and shallots are delivered directly from a farm in rural NSW.
For the moment, no. The flour that we use for our current range of products all contain wheat (gluten).
When kept sealed in the freezer, our products can typically last up to one year from when they are made in our kitchen (see expiry date on packet).
No, we recommend steaming our products directly from frozen.
