We make all our Dim Sum from scratch.
Every dumpling, steamed bun or dim sim that you eat is made in our kitchen in Sydney, using our traditional family recipes from pre-colonial Hong Kong. Over the years, we have become much more efficient, but our attention to detail remains meticulous.
