Cooking Instructions
Steaming
- Place steaming tray or bamboo steamer over boiling water.
- Steam frozen Dim Sims for approximately 10 minutes or until hot. Serve.
Microwaving
- Place frozen Dim Sims in a microwave-safe container.
- Sprinkle water generously onto Dim Sims and cover with lid.
- Microwave on HIGH for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and serve.
Note: Heating times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
Deep-Frying
- Heat Dim Sims as per steam or microwave instructions above.
- At 160-190°C, deep fry Dim Sims until golden brown or as desired. Drain and serve.
