Cooking Instructions
Steaming
- Place steaming tray or bamboo steamer over boiling water.
- Steam frozen Siu Mai for approximately 7 minutes or until hot. Serve.
Deep-Frying
- Heat Siu Mai as per steam or microwave instructions above.
- At 160-190°C, deep fry Siu Mai until golden brown or as desired. Drain and serve.
Microwaving
- Place frozen Siu Mai in a microwave-safe container.
- Sprinkle water generously onto Siu Mai and cover with lid.
- Microwave on HIGH for approximately 3 minutes. Drain and serve.
